A delicious meal that is both delicious and delicious, not only showcases the chef’s cooking skills and professionalism, but more importantly, it showcases the chef’s necessary tool – the kitchen knife. 

When I was young, I was a little chef in Taiwan. I was often worried about buying expensive Japanese kitchen knives. After studying in Japan, I was lucky enough to step into this industry by chance. Upholding the spirit of Japanese "hospitality" (おもてなし) service, I can enable chefs, apprentices and ordinary families in Taiwan to purchase professional kitchen knives at reasonable prices.

In addition to providing professional kitchen knives and kitchen utensils made by blacksmiths from all over Japan, we also provide kitchen utensils with high CP values based on the needs of Taiwanese families. 

We hope to bring back high-quality Japanese kitchen knives and the spirit of craftsmanship to everyone in Taiwan.
